The ARP PRO SOLOIST Collection

Shabby Chic Samples introduces the classic ARP PRO SOLOIST synthesizer programmed for Kontakt version 4.2.x.

Each of the 30 presets from a vintage ARP PRO SOLOIST has been sampled and programmed in Kontakt, including the very necessary PORTAMENTO feature (every great vintage synth needs Portamento). Each preset sampled has a very musical and useable example of the ARP sound (many of which you probably have already heard on some of your favorite Classic Rock LP's).

Each preset of the ARP was sampled chromatically (with no LOOPS) at 44.1 khz and pristine 24 bits and then edited and programmed as a Kontakt instrument. No processing or effects were added during the sampling session, so, you are getting a DI'ed ARP PRO SOLOIST for your studio (professional or project) to mix and process the ARP TRACKS to your own tastes. You will get over 1 GB of sample data with the Complete ARP Collection.

When you purchase this product, you will receive all updates and additional KONTAKT programs for FREE. We are already creating some additional PRESETS based upon user input and frankly some of the patches just sound wonderful with some of the ARP goodies adjusted and these will be offered to you as a FREE UPGRADE.

As usual, you can feel comfortable in purchasing from Shabby Chic Samples in that if our products aren't good enough for us to use, we won't sell it for you to use. The Kontakt instruments available are simply some of the best KONTAKT vintage instrument samples available. Nothing fancy, no processing or effects, just DI'ed, pure vintage sounds for your to sculp and use in your tracks. If you are looking for fancy presets/pre-mixed sounds, this product is not for you.

Specific Sound Demos are "on the way" but for now, check out RIDING THE SCREE track to hear this KONTAKT instrument in action. I know that I can't do GENESIS justice, but the track will give you an idea of the quality of this collection. The TELSTAR, Fuzz Guitar 1, Steel Guitar and Steel Drum presets are featured on the track.

The second DEMO is that of the Steel Guitar Preset. The first section is DRY, the next section is processed and the final section is in context with a MIX... by the way, all the instruments in the mix are products of Shabby Chic Samples being triggered by MIDI.
